Custom Orders
Tell me what you are dreaming of and I will try to make it happen! Because each custom order is one of a kind, I cannot promise that I can reproduce any single piece. Because custom orders are so unique, each one will be priced based on materials (stones, closures, pendants, etc.) and labor. Please e-mail me your wishes using the contact information below, and I will do my best to help you design exactly what you are looking for.
If you fall in love with a particular piece, but would prefer a different length, no problem. Just let me know the length you prefer.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with any item that you order, just e-mail me the reason for return and return it within seven (7) days of receipt and your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable. The returned item must be insured and in the original, unused condition (including attached tags). Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Item(s) will be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. If you require other shipping methods, please contact me. Also, please allow two business days for your order to be shipped.
